THE WEEKLY SABBATH IS NOT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY!

The True Weekly Sabbath is NOT Saturday or Sunday!

The true weekly Sabbaths are determined by the phases of the moon, not a carnal count of one through seven. (Genesis 1:14 and Psalms 104:19 compared to Leviticus 23:2-3). Let's take a look at the creation Sabbath also known as Lunar Sabbaths.

The Lunar Sabbath is one of the most provable doctrines found in scripture and one of the hardest to get people to take an honest look at. Lunar Sabbaths not only can be conclusively proven from Scripture, but Mathematically, Historically, Scientifically, and from Nature itself.

The very first time the word Sabbath is mentioned in scripture is when YHWH made it known to Moses in Exodus 16. It was connected to the moon on the 22nd, which by default causes the 8th, 15th, and 29th to also be Sabbaths. (Day of the month, not date.)

The evidence provided here will prove that the true weekly seventh day Sabbath of the scriptures is always observed on the same days of the Moon each month, and that is on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th day. The author will pay $10,000 to anyone who can pinpoint a weekly Sabbath on any other day than by the moon.

We have pinpointed (in Scripture), seventy-two (72), weekly Sabbath days, observed by holy men of old, and everyone of them is on either the 8th, 15th, 22nd, or 29th day of the Moon, without exception. The reason is that they never counted the New Moon worship day when counting out the six workdays.

In examining the evidence set forth in this work, you will see the true Sabbath comes after the six workdays of the week, and the New Moon worship day is not one of the six ordinary work days, no more than the Sabbath day is. A new week always began after the New moon worship day or the weekly Sabbath worship day; they are both worship days, and not one of the six work days.

Ezekiel 46:1 says, "Thus saith YHWH; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be "shut" the "six working days;" but on the "Sabbath" it shall be opened, "and" in the day of the "new moon" it shall be opened.   YHWH describes 3 categories of days, BOTH New moon and Sabbaths, as different than ordinary work days; they are BOTH worship days, and the 1st day of the week begins after the New moon or Sabbath worship day.

Isaiah 66:23 "...that from one New moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come and worship before me, saith YHWH." This and the following explains why the Sabbath days written in the scriptures are always on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th of the month, without exception. It is exciting to read the examples set forth in this work based on the oldest history book in the world, and the only inspired one.

*Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Act

Requirements:*

The Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Act of 1975 (O.C.G.A. 12-7) and its subsequent amendments require that primary and secondary trout streams maintain an undisturbed riparian buffer of 50 ft, and all other streams maintain a minimum buffer of 25 ft (measured from where vegetation is wrested by normal stream flow).

“Exemptions”:

Surface mining, granite quarrying, minor land-disturbing activities (e.g. garden), “agricultural operations”, and Soil and Water Conservation Service projects are “all” exempted from compliance with the above *buffer requirements*”. Forestry land management practices are allowed within the riparian buffer, with a period of three years required before land can be developed. Single family home construction, DOT and other road construction projects, and electric utility projects are “also” exempt from permitting, although *these* activities must comply with the minimum standards outlined in O.C.G.A. 12-7-6.

If you are constructing a “pond for agricultural purposes” with a Farm Pond Exemption, you are *exempt* from the NPDES General Permit “and the *State buffer* requirements”. *In addition*, the “construction of a *pond* for aquaculture operations” as defined in GESA (O.C.G.A. 12-7-17(5)), “is exempt from the NPDES General Permit and the State buffer requirements”

(The following 306-3(e). is also exempt from the buffers, According to the law.)

(e) “Agricultural operations” as defined in O.C.G.A. § 1-3-3 "definitions", to include raising, harvesting or storing of products of the field or orchard; feeding, breeding, or managing livestock or poultry; producing or storing feed for use in the production of livestock, including, but not limited to, cattle, calves, swine, hogs, goats, sheep, rabbits, or for use in the production of poultry, including, but not limited to, chickens, hens, and turkeys; producing plants, trees, fowl, or animals; the production of aquaculture, horticulture, dairy, livestock, poultry, eggs, and apiarian products; farm buildings and “farm ponds”.

*Land disturbing activity*: “Any activity” which may result in soil erosion from water or wind and the movement of sediments “into state waters” or onto lands within the state, including, but not limited to, clearing, dredging, grading, excavating, transporting, and filling of land "but not including “agricultural operations” as described in subsection 306-3(e)."

(agricultural operations are excluded from Land disturbing, or how else could you plant a crop etc?)

Here is what “subsection 306-3(e)." says, “Agricultural operations as defined in O.C.G.A. § 1-3-3 "definitions", to include “raising, harvesting or storing of products of the field” or orchard; feeding, breeding, or managing livestock or poultry; producing or storing feed for use in the production of livestock, including, but not limited to, cattle, calves, swine, hogs, goats, sheep, rabbits, or for use in the production of poultry, including, but not limited to, chickens, hens, and turkeys; producing plants, trees, fowl, or animals; “the production of aquaculture”, horticulture, dairy, livestock, poultry, eggs, and apiarian products; farm buildings and “farm ponds.”

“Pre-existing conditions. This article shall not apply to the following pre-existing conditions:

(1) Work consisting of the repair or “maintenance” of any lawful use of “land” that is zoned and approved for such use on or *before* the effective date of this article.” (11/28/06)

Chapter 306 - SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL

*Land disturbing activity*: Any activity which may result in soil erosion from water or wind and the movement of sediments into state waters or onto lands within the state, including, but not limited to, clearing, dredging, grading, excavating, transporting, and filling of land *but not including agricultural operations* as described in subsection 306-3(e).

*This chapter shall not apply to any of the following activities:*

(a) Surface mining, as the same is defined in O.C.G.A. § 12-4-72, the "Mineral Resources and Caves Act."

(b) Granite quarrying and land clearing for such quarrying.

(c) Such minor land disturbing activities as home gardens and individual home landscaping, repairs, maintenance work, fences, and other related activities which result in minor soil erosion.

(d) The construction of single-family residences, when such construction disturbs less than 5,000 square feet and is not part of a larger common plan of development or sale with a planned disturbance of equal to or greater than 5,000 square feet and not otherwise exempted under this paragraph; provided, however, that construction of any such residence shall conform to the minimum requirements as set forth in O.C.G.A § 12-7-6 and this paragraph. For single-family residence construction covered by the provisions of this paragraph, there shall be a buffer zone between the residence and any state waters classified as trout streams pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 5 of the Georgia Water Quality Control Act. In any such buffer zone, no land disturbing activity shall be constructed between the residence and the point where vegetation has been wrested by normal stream flow or wave action from the banks of the trout waters. For primary trout waters, the buffer zone shall be at least 50 horizontal feet, and no variance to a smaller buffer shall be granted. For secondary trout waters, the buffer zone shall be at least 50 horizontal feet, but the director may grant variances to no less than 25 feet. Regardless of whether a trout stream is primary or secondary, for first order trout waters, which are streams into which no other streams flow except for springs, the buffer shall be at least 25 horizontal feet, and no variance to a smaller buffer shall be granted. The minimum requirements of O.C.G.A. § 12-7-6(b) and the buffer zones provided by this section shall be enforced by the local issuing authority.

(e) *Agricultural operations as defined in O.C.G.A. § 1-3-3 "definitions", to include raising, harvesting or storing of products of the field or orchard; feeding, breeding, or managing livestock or poultry; producing or storing feed for use in the production of livestock, including, but not limited to, cattle, calves, swine, hogs, goats, sheep, rabbits, or for use in the production of poultry, including, but not limited to, chickens, hens, and turkeys; producing plants, trees, fowl, or animals; the production of aquaculture, horticulture, dairy, livestock, poultry, eggs, and apiarian products; farm buildings and farm ponds.*

(Notice that (e) does not apply to chapter!)

Stream buffers.

(1) All perennial streams within the W-P district shall be regulated by each of the following criteria:

(2) a. A natural or enhanced vegetated area with limited land disturbances shall be maintained for a distance of 100 feet from both sides of the stream as measured from the stream banks;

(3) b. No impervious surface shall be constructed or placed within a distance of 150 feet from both sides of the stream as measured from the stream banks; and

(4) c. No septic tanks or septic tank drainfields shall be constructed or placed within a distance of 150 feet from both sides of the stream as measured from the stream banks.

(j) On-site wastewater management systems. County regulations require a permit for siting and installation of septic tanks and absorption fields from the county environmental health department. Such laws, ordinances and regulations shall be applicable to the W-P district.

(k) The uses set forth in the table below shall be permitted only as listed within each zoning district and only in the manner so listed. *Any use not listed in said table is prohibited* in all districts. *No use shall be permitted* and no structure associated with such use shall be erected, structurally altered, or enlarged *unless* the use is permitted as one of the following:

(1) P: A *permitted* use.

(2) C: A use requiring a *special use permit* subject to approval following the application procedures and requirements in section 238 of the UDO.

(3) S: A supportive commercial use that is on the same lot or parcel with a *permitted use* in a zoning district and established for the sole convenience of nearby residents, employees, patients, patrons, or visitors within walking distance.

(4) A: An accessory use subject to the requirements specified and generally applicable to accessory uses.

(l) "Any use *not listed* with the letter P, C, S, “or” A in a particular zoning district *shall be prohibited* in that zoning district, *unless* it is a nonconforming use *lawfully established prior* to the effective date of the regulation that rendered it legally nonconforming. All *listed uses* shall comply with the supplemental use standards set forth below and in sections 218-12 and 218-13. See also section [chapter] 234."

An additional thought is the fact that during Biblical times of old, there existed no such calendar as the Gregorian Calendar that hangs on your wall today! They used  Lunar cycles for all of their day/date keeping! The Lunar cycle has NEVER changed! (Think carefully about this fact.) anyone  can call me at 678 300 8676 or  E-mail  Yhwhpeople@aol.com
